Gentle Baking products are made with high quality ingredients. The bake goods are produced in a cottage kitchen that has no cross-contamination with gluten, due to the family history of Celiac disease. Neither gluten or wheat is welcome in the house. As a cottage kitchen company, the state of Arizona requires the cottage business to show all the ingredients (the ingredients will be found by clicking the desire product) and to provide the costumer with the following statement:
"This product was produced in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens and is not subject to public health inspection."

All the ingredients used in the production of our bake goods are:

• Naturally gluten free, made in a facility that does not produce gluten, or certify gluten free.
