Gentle Baking products are made with high quality ingredients. The bake goods are produced in a cottage kitchen that has no cross-contamination with gluten, due to the family history of Celiac disease. Neither gluten or wheat is welcome in the house. The state of Arizona requires cottage businesses to show all the ingredients (the ingredients can be found by clicking the desire product).

The ingredients used in the production of the bake goods are:

  • Naturally gluten free, made in a facility that does not produce gluten, or certify gluten free.
  • High quality ingredients
